I hold a deep love for the invisible world. It is the realm of our soul, our dreams, and inner knowing; it is also the home of nature spirits, our ancestors and the Divine. I cultivate receiving guidance from the unseen by writing my dreams; making ceremonial offerings in nature; and through my daily practice of chanting, prayer and meditation. This is the mystical path - it is a path of devotion, surrender, wisdom and love. 

 

When I was sixteen my beloved brother, David, died in a motorcycle accident. Through my grief I felt his presence in the night skies of Vermont and, soon after, he began visiting my dreams. David taught me that love is eternal and that our ancestors seek to companion and assist us.

 

I know that each crushing heartbreak of my life, from David’s death to surviving stage three breast cancer, has been an initiation - a calling to become more of who I am, to share my truth in the world and to hold reverence for life. Each time I have been knocked down, I have sought to understand it as an opportunity for conscious transformation. In this way, I have become a healing presence and a wisdom carrier.

 

The stories from my life bear witness to the golden threads that connect us to our psyche, to the Divine and to our destiny. I share these stories in the hope that others will experience the gifts they carry and the profound love and support that companions us from the unseen.
